Certified by the American Board of Urology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Lieb is a founding partner of Associates in Urology in 1989.

He is presently an attending Urologist on the Staff of St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston. He is a consultant on the staff of Newark Beth Israel Hospital in Newark, and is on the staff o Columbus Hospital in Newark.

Dr. Lieb is Clinical Assistant Professor of Urology at the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, and has been a director of graduate urological training at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.

Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in medical education both at the undergraduate and graduate level. He is an active member of the American Urological Association and has published several articles in scientific journals.

Dr. Lieb, a life long resident of Essex County, received his undergraduate education at Drew University. He received an MS (Chemistry ) from Penn State University and the MD degree form the Chicago Medical School.

After receiving his MD degree, Dr. Lieb completed his surgical residency at United Hospital in Newark and his urology residency at Martland Medical Center (now University Hospital) in Newark.
